I took a look at an instructors laptop because she said one of the keys had fallen off of her laptop. Sure enough the Z key was half way unsnapped. I've popped keys back on in the past on laptops in the past without an issue, however the catch is I can't remove the keyboard from the machine, nor can I break the key since the machine is still under warranty. Has anyone repaired Fujitsu laptop keys before? If I had a diagram of now the mechanism worked I could probably get it but I'm not sure how the mechanism works on this one, it's different than the Acer I did awhile back. Should I just file a warranty claim on it? It's a Fujitsu Lifebook T4215.
