Nvidia 8600m gs problem. Help!!

I've Fujitsu Siemens amilo xi 2428 with nvidia 8600m gs.
After two years of purchasing (warranty expired) the graphics card broke down showing artifacts and freezing the system in welcome screen.
I did the oven trick 2 times:
the 1st time the graphics card lasted 3 days then broke down again.
i repeated the oven trick and used a cooling pad and the graphics card also broke after three days!
in the three times, the card broke while playing games (but not very intensive ones)
What could be the problem?! Should I heat it above 200c (385 F) or leave it for longer time?Is there another fix? (the replacement card is too expensive).
please help!

The Oven trick is not a guaranteed fix, its only meant as a short term fix until a replacement can be had.

Same thing applies for Xbox 360 owners and the Towel Trick, or Baking a Video card for Desktop PC's, its not a permanent fix, and may only work for a few minutes to few days to few weeks, or months, but its not permanent, and varies for each user.


the ONLY somewhat Guaranteed fix is to Replace the Card or Chip, simple as that.
