Hi,

My brother in law has let me have his old Advent 4211 which is very good of him, but there is a catch it is broken.

When you boot it up you get a stop error saying 0x000007B (0xBA4CF524, 0xC0000034 which I think is to do with a driver for the hard drive.

I have tried doing the destructive restore but still have the same problem, I can access the drive using my Ultimate Boot CD and have done check disks but still it will not start.

My next idea was a repair install using a seperate XP CD but I cannot get the installation to recognise the hard drive and cannot ell which drivers I need.

Can anyone help?
