Hi guys,
I'm looking to get an AMD powered laptop for my everyday use (web surfing, MS office and some music) and am basically having these two in mind: HP dm1z and Asus 1215b. They have very similar specs. Although am tempted by the HP altec stereo, from what i've heard, HP has higher repair rate than Asus which is considered more reliable and long lasting. I'm also dubious about buying dm1z as some buyers have reported a screen flickering problem. Other than all these drawbacks, the HP seems to have decent reviews. For those who have used both/either HP or ASUS, which brand would you recommend me buy?
