Hello.. Im looking to use an old laptop display as a monitor for my desktop system.. is this even remotely possible ? Ive actually got a few laptop LCD's laying around.. one 15 uxga+ from a dell and two other ones that are attached to 266mhz laptops. My goal here is to have a second monitor attached to an arm that I can move around(hay I think it will look cool I have a dual output video card or can throw in a old 32meg video card. Really interested in doing this so any help is Greatly! appreciated. Thanks
A friend of mine was looking into doing the same thing, but I think he gave it up when he was unable to ge tthe schematics for how the lcd connected to the system.
