Mp3 Ringtone Maker
I downloaded this app on Google play and it lets me download full songs on my android phone. It won't let me transfer the songs to the computer. The ATT rep told me it is ad supported and legal. Is it restricted to the phone because of licensing restrictions?

Is it from AT&T? or somewhere else? Or to be precise why are you asking them?
Err. before I posted I just saw that this is the actual name of the app. Its not supposed to be an MP3 downloader. Legally it can't be so I'm sure its blocking downloads to your computer on purpose. TBH its technically not even legal to download partials for a ringtone, but that is a bit of a grey area. You have to download and edit on your phone for it to be legit. Otherwise you'd be pirating my friend
