Dell Inspiron 2650 adding wifi

Hello,

I just got the dell inspirion 2650SE from dell small biz. We have a wireless network at home and I am buying a Wi-Fi card (maybe netgear). I was just wondering, since I have not previously owned a notebook, do you have to add any hardware to be able to add a wifi card? It's one that just slides in. I will include a picture if you do not know what I am talking about. Thanks.

hey,
i have the dell inspiron 2650 and have a wireless network too. one thing: get a windows xp certified wireless card
i've got the dwl-650 and it was headaches, it was not windows xp certified and it screwed up my system.
I got the Microsoft Wireless LAN PCMICA Card for my system and it works flawless and on thing: Its Windows XP Certified Drivers!
There is only a few wireless lan cards that is win xp cert. make sure to check what ever you do. you will save time and money. I got the card for $39 at bestbuy after mail in rebates and i got a great deal! just my suggestion. thanks and happy holidays!
