I don't believe you will find them. Some of the circuty involved requires components slightly larger than a type 3 slot.

ATI makes a USB TvTuner, if you have a USB. But I haven't come across one, and I was just looking for TV tuners.

I think it would be impossible to make a PCMCIA tuner, based on the size of the tuner itself, and the side of the Coaxial plug.

Also the USB ones are know for having poor frame rates and picture quality compared to PCI ones because of the limited bandwidth of USB.

I've seen them in type II PCMCIA form factor, but I can't seem to find any information on them right now. I think the one I saw had an antenna, but I'm not sure if you could hook up an external antenna or cable. If I was going to get one for a laptop, I'd look for USB, not PCMCIA.
