IS MY IBM I SERIES 1452 LAPTOP UPGRADEABLE

Hi guys i have had my laptop since it was new its the ibm I series 1452 with a 366 celeron,256 mb ram,14 inch screen and dvd.i have put xp pro on it and the latest power dvd software but the dvd is choppy and its just slow on the internet.thats about all i use it for is internet in hotels.i have the big athlon xp sytem i built for games and whatever but this laptop isnt cutting it.
i need to know if i can upgrade to a pentium 3 maybe a 500 or so,and maybe a 12 gb harddrive.this thing has a suk 2mb neomagic or something video card.i know its never going to play games with that but i can live without the games.i build home computers all the time but dont know much about these laptops.any advice would be great.thanx

Laptops have limited upgrade capabilities. In terms of the capability to upgrade your processor: forget about it. Hard drive is a possibility, but I HIGHLY doubt it because your system most likely isn't compatible with larger sized hard drives (it's a BIOS issue).
