Hi,

I own a Presario 900 laptop it has a 16mb card and my other Presario 900 has a 64mb card but Im looking to sell the 2nd one but I want to change video cards between the two. Is this possible to do or is it just impossible??
Cheers

impossible. some laptops you can add more ram, but you have to send those back to the factory to get it done. but in most cases no since the video is soldered on to the board

you have to remember laptops are designed for mobility not upgradability except hard drives, cd-roms, and ram

Yeah your right Its on the back of the TFT display I had a bit of a look before and you would have to open the whole thing up and would take a while - I was just hoping there was a way but bugga. Better just transfer the ram then lol.

Hey by the way, is there anything else worth replacing between the two laptops beside Ram?

some hard drives, you can check it out and see if you can find a dvd/cd-burner. you can do processor but you should return that to the factory to have a technician do it if its in warranty.

it all depends on the laptop
