Buying A Dell Latitude D800
I'm looking to get a Dell Latitude D800 for college next year. The only problem is that you can't purchase it from the website as a Home/Home Office User or a Higher Education Student. Can I purchase one as a "Small Business" user? Or is there a better way to go about this?

Yeah, you can use the Small Business site, that's how I got my Latitude C400. The only lame thing about the business site versus the Home/Home Office site is that you'll be charged tax on the SB site.

I don't know. You might want to give them a call and explain your situation. Tell them you're a student and that you want a Latitude, however,...blah blah blah.
Maybe they'll let you place a phone order for one as a student.
See what they say.

In other news.... I downloaded service pack 3 for XP. Hopefully that will let me UPDATE FARKING XP. With service pack 2 and IE8 it craps out when I try to download updates.
