Cash discount for not using CC?

IS this because they are just sending the savings back to you, like how a merchant has to pay 2% to visa for using it?

Or is this also something to help them prevent credit card reversals?

but its because the cc companys charge the vendor a % of the sale when u use a cc . so they are trying to recoup it .

There are three reasons we offer a cash discount

The main reason is that when you use a credit card we get charged 2-3 percent. It's extra fee that we have to figure into the cost of the laptop.

The second reason is that due to the high value of the laptops we sell, we have to be more careful because we are the targets of fraud. We get at least 2 fraudulent orders a day.

The third is to stay competitive with other vendors we have to offer the cash discount .

Jeez two fraudulent orders a day, thats bad. A few times with safetrades.com id see a cc get denied like 3 times in a row from some scammer...
