    Can celly laptops be upgraded to P4's??

    Such as the Toshiba laptop above? Can it be upgraded to a P4? Is the Celeron in it now a regular celeron or is it a special mobile chip?

    It all depends on the make and model. The best way is to check with the manufacturer about the specific model you're interested in.

    IMO, I don't see why not, as long as it has the same pin configuration.
