Wireless Available Network

Does anyone know how I can block an available network on Windows XP from conflicting with my current wireless router?

I have SBC Yahoo DSL's 2Wire router and just installed it yesterday. The connection works but I keep getting disconnected because another network router in the neighborhood (I guess) keeps conflicting. The message says there are more than one connections available. Please help!!!

In the winxp wireless configuration program you can make it so you connect only to your wireless network
