| Recommend laptop please!
Sup everyone!
Ok, in all honesty I don't know much about laptops...what's available, which brands are best, where to buy, etc...but one of my best buds asked me to recommend one for him, so of course I came to you guys to help me out.
He's going to use the laptops for all the essentials...e-mail, word, internet, blah blah blah...but he also wants to be able to game as well.
So whaddya think? Can you steer me in the right direction here? I'm clueless when it comes to the lappies...
Thanks!
Mike

Dell Inspiron 8600........check it out on the dell website, www.dell.com. Havn't had any trouble with my laptop i purchased there, its running greast. I checked out Cnet when i was buying my laptop, they have up to date reviews and specs on most major laptops...would be a good idea to check them out.
good luck.

Honestly, I've been saving up for this laptop, so my price range is anywhere from $3500 - $5000. I really can't wait to get my laptop, but if you look up alienware on resellerratings.com, some people have been complaining about them, but I guess no company is perfect (that's why they have tech support and warranties, etc....=) |
