I hope its not the MB....lol Im not ready to go out an buy another one yet....Im planning on buliding another PC in about 8 months or so....but till then I dont wanna have to buy a new mainboard.

but let me ask you this....even if the mem chip is garbage....would it still let the PC boot up to a certain point? Ive seen where a bad chip wouldnt even let the monitor display nothing when trying to boot an get the bad memory beeps...i dont get those...but can it still be the chip? I hope lol cause I just ordered a new chip today an want so bad for it to be the problem

Yes it could still easily be the memory stick. It all depends on exactly where in the memory architecture the bad spot is. It could function fine right up until it tries to use that spot them bam!

TY everyone for the help......but I just figured it out.

The ram chip is bad I tested a good one in there that I just borrowed an the memory test was fine.

As for the not enough vitrual memory or paging file error...
I have 2 HD's an one of em has some bad sectors on it...I use it as a slave drive an somehow the main partion on my main HD was'nt showing as C an therefore I couldnt get winblows to load....I have fixxed that problem an now just waiting on my new ram chip to get here thnxs all for the help
