need some help guys!

i was guna upgrade my soyo sy-7vba133u mobo's bios and it was flashing and stalled durring the process. so i cleared the cmos and got the latest bios, now whenever i start to flash it, it stalls right after it loads and reconizes the .bin file.

what do i do?

im stuck w/o a bios....

are you using the latest flashing util?

Are you certain you have the right bios for the board?? by stalled what exactly do you mean, it just stopped before it had a chance to flash the bios or it stalled during the install of the new bios?? did you back-up the old bios and re-install it??
