Power led doesn't work

Hi ,

I 'm configuring a new pc but i have the following problem

When the pc is turned on the powerled doesn't work.

motherbord: A7V8X MX SE
Proc: AMD 2500 +

there are 2 kabels for the powerled 1 green and 1 white

I've looked in the manual but i can't solve the problem.
Can somebody help me

on the mobo, there should be the 2 pin connecton for the pwrled or whatever yours is called. first, make sure you have the correct two pins, make sure your not looking at pwr because those pins are for the actual power switch on the front. two, when you connect the led cable, try it with the green on the left and white on the right. if that doesn't work, just switch them (it dosen't matter which way you try first. also, if they are put together and are a single connection, try it with the writing up first, that it usually how they work) assuming you already did that, try putting another mobo in your case. if the led still dosen't work it might be as simple as a dead led light that needs replacing. as to how to remove it from your case and what kind you need to buy....i have no idea. hope that help some

is it fixed...and also....if it is what fixed it. it helps us to. we know how it was fixed and later, if someone having the same problem....it's great to say i've seen this before. plus it just feels good to know if you fixed it lol

It is fixed , i've just swiched the 2 kabels . the green kabel need to be plugged on the pin +5v en the white one plugged on the pin pwled.


And now it works.
