im new to building a computer and i just bought a motherboard and processor and other things and now i dont know what to do??? theres BIOS whats up with that????????????????????????????????? im lost about that and what do i need to do i upgraded to a 3.4Ghz intel |

CAn i use my old harddrives for building a computer??? or do i need to earase everythning??? thanks for the info about building i think i got the installation part down and everything i just hope it goes good |

You can use your old drive.
I recommend a format on the drive so the motherboard drivers don't conflict.

If you have windows XP on the old hard drives you want to use in your new computer, you will have to reformat. Windows XP does not like it when you change your motherboard.
Its a good idea anyway to start clean with a new setup. Like Bill said.
there is a ton of info out there on building PCs. Just take your time and you will be fine.

yeah anything can go wrong when you go fast. Especially take your time inserting hardware. you don't want to jam anything in.
