| No Video w/onboard or card???
Hoping someone might be able to lead me in some direction, A motherboard I'm using will not put out video with the onboard nor with a video card , I used this motherboard awhile back and it would only work with a video card. now that doesnt even work, can it just be a driver issue or maybe a jumper that has come off inadvertently? I'm really not sure where to start besides yelling at it ,which seems to have no affect Any idea on where i might start would be greatly appreciated.

If its getting no video on boot up it is defintely not a driver issue...all vid cards will give video on bootup regardless of any driver issues
try to "reseat" the vid card in the slot....also try another vid card...and/or try a pci vid card in case the agp slot died.
I doubt it would be a jumper issue...
if you just put the motherboard in a different case etc the motherboard could be in there slightly "off" and could be shorting to the side of the case etc...usually you have to try to boot the motherboard outside of the case to make sure.....just set the board on nonstatic material on top of a box or something...put in the vid card and ram and see if u get video....you can start it by shorting the correct jumpers with a screwdriver or old hard drive jumper.....short the jumpers where the power switch was plugged up

For the life of me I cant seem to find anything that specifies what make or model the motherboard is, I see AMP but thats just on the components such as video & serial port ect. And I know AMP makes little components such as these for other companies. What do I look for I've never had this much of a problem determining the make/model of a mobo??

any beeps?? | No Beeps,I've tried two different video cards the onboard and I also booted the mobo outside the case in a "static free" enviorment so to say, to see if it was maybe shorting itself on the case. The fan comes on & the HD spins, but still nothing on the monitor???????????
