i got an intel celeron CPU. i aint sure of the speed but it says:

on the top of it. i know the ram runs at 3.3v but that's all i know.

Is it a slot or a socket? Anyways, that is a pretty old CPU. Better off to get a new(er) CPU. Heck, a Sempron would be better. As for the board, I have no idea. I just became interested in computers a year ago, and I built my first PC in late August (an Athlon XP). Here is a cheap Sempron/Motherboard w/ onboard video combo-

However, I would consider using an AGP graphics card instead of the onboard.

it is a 766Mhz celeron. Invest in a new chip and board if you have the cash.

On Newegg, you have 3 choices. I would go with the DFI.

Or you could go on ResellerRatings and ask the fine people there if you can thumb a board off them.
