help with new build

I was going to buy a new cpu for my HTPC server
AMD Athlon 64 X2 4800+ Toledo 1GHz FSB
and up grade a old computer so it can connect to the wireless HTPC for movies in the bed room. Needed New mother board and CPU,sence I couldn't sell the AMD64 4000 I'm going to keep it (Great CPU ).Take the A8V and the 4000 and put it in the bed room HTPC,now I need a new mother board to go with the Toledo

Ya, I heard the DFI's are good for OCing...but the new ATI mobos that supprt crossfire are supposed to be much better!

DFI and MSI are the best boards for overclocking. DFI will gives you a wider range of voltage choices and MSI has more features.
