Intel 850e Chip set

I have a Dell Dimension 8250. I want to know if I should upgrade to the 865PE chipset board? I was thinking about the ASUS P4P800-E board.

That probably would give some trouble.

1st: Dell uses propriarity PSU's, so you'd have to buy a new powersupply as well.

2nd: The 850E chipset uses RDRAM idf I remember correctly, so you'd have to buy new ram as well.

And then there's always the question whether the new mobo will in fact even fit in that dell case.
