Picking a mobo!

Rebuilding my PC with an Athlon 64 2800+ cpu. I'm looking at mobos and I'm contemplating one of the following:

ASUS K8U-X
Gigabyte GA-K8NS
ASUS K8V-X
ASUS K8N

They are all about the same price. I notice that some have different chipsets than the others. Can anybody suggest one?

Also, will a 350 watt PSU support this setup with a Radeon 9800 Pro, 1024 MB Memory, 2 - 40 GB HDs and 2 CD Drives?

Thanks

adam

adam

What brand.... Either way I doubt it...
I would look for a newer beefier GOOD brand... Fortron or any of the other listed good brands here...

Soundblaster X-fi pci
6800GT at ultra clock speed (more wattage)

and 350watts runs it very well
