does anyuone no how to remove a dell 4500 mobo, cause im tranfering my stuff intop a new case and thats the only thing i cant get out

first of all....english, not ebonics. You'll get many more serious, helpful responses if it doesn't look like you typed with your feet. I use shortcuts in typing all the time, and disagree with those who flame people for using common online shortcuts such as w/ for with or other kinds of things....but come on man...i can't even read that unless i slow down and take it one word at a time. As for the problem. If there aren't screws on the mobo that you can undo, there should be clips. If you can upload a pic of the mobo so that we can see how it's held in we may be able to help more.

ps...we cross posted...that second post perfect!! lol. try pulling up on the mobo on the side facing the front of the case...if it comes up..then you have to slide it forward to get the connectors out of the back...if it doesn't pick up...you missed a screw or something

If you lift up on the motherboard, Will it pull up at all? Does it seem like one side is stuck? Or is the whole mobo still locked in?

pull up on that green tab, then pull toward the front of the case, the metal tray with the mobo should come right out

haha omg took screw driver to it everything , just fiugre out push on the back were everything plugs into and pull up hte green take slid right out, thnx guys
