MSI Neo2 Ver. 1, Ver. 2, etc.

Does anybody have an MSI Neo2? I'd kind of like to get one to overclock my Intel 2.4b mostly because Toms Hardware said it was fast and good for "less ambitious users", which is me =]... not to mention I can get this board damn cheap.

Anybody know if theres a difference between the different MSI Neo2 boards? The one reviewed on Tom's Hardware is an "MSI 865PE NEO 2 MS-6728 Ver.1" (I think, from what I can tell from his picture), but I've found Ver.2 and some different version.. where the CPU sits, the box around it is different and there's a heatsink looking thing instead of the shiny little square that says "MSI" in the middle.. Am I splitting hairs, or is there actually a difference?

I believe the differences are (besides the Weird Version that I haven't seen): On board LAN, SOUND, ETC. The chip-sets are the same. Each REV. is just going to have either a stripped down version, no sound, LAN, etc etc. or may have one or another.

I have the MSI 865PE NEO2 LS (on-board LAN, SOUND) ... IMO it's one of the best boards I've owned.
