Thinking about buying a new mobo

Hi, recently i have been thinking about buying a new mother board for my desktop. Unfortunately the Bios for my current board has trouble running with my current graphics card. I know i can buy bios separetely, but it seems to be more worth it to just buy a new motherboard, is this correct? Also, most motherboards come with a new bios chip installed, right? I was wondering if someone could help me decide which motherboard might be the best for me? It would be nice if the price could be kept under 150$... even nicer if it was kept under 100$. If I end up with a good enough price i am also hoping to get a new processor aswell, one that wont be bottlenecking my graphics card as much as my current one... my current processor runs games horribly. Is it possible to get a motherboard with a Processor already installed? Thank you.

Well first off your operating under false info...
Bios chips are a part of the motherboard, not normally separate or upgradeable other than by re-flashing...
its not usually a matter of upgrading just the motherboard...
unless there is a marked limitation in your present board, your best upgrade path is a new processor or memory...
Is this a branded PC... I.E. HP, Compaq, Dell?
ATX, Micro ATX?
What power supply...
