    yea well i just talked to a guy who said he ordered 2 foxconn mobos and they both arrived DOA what are some signs of DOA, may sound like a dumb question, all i have to test my mobo is my psu, no cpu or ram yet, i mean i got a monitor and vid card isntalled if that helps

    Signs of DOA = Nothing is working when you have 100% correctly connected everything and taken the precautions and such. You can also tell if its DOA if your shipper has been pile driving your parts on the way to your house.

    Testing a mobo would require a CPU and some RAM, otherwise your machine won't be booting up.
