Hey IMOers,
My girlfriends computer has been having some issues lately and I am at a lose for what exactly I should do. It appears that the motherboard is breathing its last breathe, but I thought before I order a new one I would get the opinion of the tech community.
The problem only comes up when she is trying to start her computer during the POST test. Instead of the standard one 'beep', the computer belts out a whole series of long and short beeps. The result is no video signal, so I can't even get into the BIOS to try and fix it.
Anyone have any experience with these boards or just have general motherboard knowledge they can throw in my direction?
