You'll probably need to send it back to Biostar and have them re program the BIOS.

Basically, it looks like you are locked out and only they are likely to have the tools to re program it.

I just went through the same problem and I have found a fix for it on another forum that worked for me.
    Award flash utility ver: 8.20a
    Settings: /py /sn /cd /cp /cc /LD
Note this. --> "/LD" --> Destroys CSMOS Checksum And No System Halt For First Reboot After Programming.
    Bios: N325a826 BF (Lastest).
You can download the .rar file with al these tools at:
    http://lafarga.guifi.net/files/NF325-a7.rar

    This also includes the bios

Same problem, Know it's a long shot

know this post is old but I figure it's worth a shot. I'm trying to repurpose an old machine I put together that happens to have this board and I used the update utility to update the the most current bios version and am having the same issue. I created a bootable CDROM (as I do not have a floppy) with awdflash and the bios version.

However, my machine isn't posting. It's an immediate checksum error and searching for floppy. I was using a usb keyboard so I got an old ps2 but I can't get it to go into the bios so that I can change the boot sequence. I've tried del, f8, f2, f1. I can't figure it. As soon as I hit the power button I'm hitting a key on the keyboard. Still I immediately hear the beeps (before the monitor even comes on) and nothing. Search for floppy and nothing I try on the keyboard seems to make a difference.

Thanks in advance for any response.

You can find the bios on the Biostar site?? I just checked google and the page was still live. Did you try anything of the links given here

Here's a post I help a person with a long time ago and was successful:

    Flashing Bios Help

You should have a copy of your bios on your motherboard start up disk.

    Just in case:

25 How to use the Biostar flash utility that came within the BIOS?
To use the flash utility within the bios,

Download the necessary Bios from Biostar website to a FDD.
Power On the system with the floppy disk and press Del key In order to enter CMOS Setup Menu.
Choose "Bios Flasher" function and the system will auto detect the Bios files which was located in the disk.

Following the Instruction to complete the flashing process. That is all you have to do to update the Bios with Biostar motherboard.
Here's what I think happened. You tried to use a standard AwdFlash instead of the Biostar flash utility, and now you are stuck.

Try using the Biostar flash utility, if possible. It is on your start up disk.

I think you have a long night ahead of you.
