| Help with MB for Intel E8400 Wolfdale PLEASE!
I have pretty much decided on the Intel E8400 Wolfdale for my new build. I plan on doing a little over clocking and have researched several MB’s. Could you guys please recommend a couple? I am looking to spend around 100 bucks.
Thanks,
Scott

You'll be able to OC a bit. You have to up the v-core on the NB to get a decent clock out of it though.
But I've seen people with Quads at 3.0Ghz-3.4Ghz with that exact board, so you should get a nice OC out of it. |

Why would you need a IDE burner?
You can use SATA burners or IDE, whatever your preference is. |

I myself have never noticed a difference in burner models.
I normally go for Samsung or LG, I've had the best luck with them. But in all honesty, that's just a personal preference.
I think they're all just about the same. Whatever has the quickest speeds for the price, that's really the one you should be looking at... |
