Best mobo for Phenom 9950

Hey guys, whats going on!? I've been spending the last two months working on a build revolving around intel, and just when I was nearly complete, AMD got all up in my face... Well, now I want to make a build working around the 9950... and I cant decide on a motherboard. needs to fit two pci-e 2.0 cards, and atx form... hrmm, and if possible.. lower than 140 bux.. can anyone help me?

Why did you change your mind? Are you a OC'er?
As far as the board, I would wait till the new AMD SB750 Southbridge comes out(late July or early August) and then pick up the board. The new Southbridge is gonna offer better power management,(10watts full load) and will have better sound. Plus, it will drive down costs on the older SB700/SB600 boards.
If I had to pick a board now though, it would be this one:

I am doing pretty good myself, started working at a new job a little while ago
an internet cafe lol hours are long, but it doesent matter cous school is out and i have nothing else to commit my time too lol

I wanted to do some Overclocking, and I figured i would give it a shot... this build will take some more time to get the funds for... not too long. I am about to order the cpu, case, gpu, and psu for now... then im going to hold out for a bit. Now i could just wait and do one big order... but eh.. i've waited so long as it is

So why are you not getting a Intel Quad?
They OC waaay better.

Can you show me some figures on that? Not that im contesting your knowledge lol maybe my research was wrong, and everyone of my friends i spoke to affirmed my decision.
