Motherboard woes or goes?

Im currently running my 9850BE on a Gigabyte GA-MA78GPM-DS2H board, the 780G chipset. In all honest opinion what is the best gaming AM2+ board on the market? I have a minor budget but i want to know all routes to go especially since i really want to overclock this board. Prefered to have a 5 phase mosfet board.

OR does anyone have any recommendations as to better cooling for the mosfets and the 780G chipset itself. NOISE IS OF NO CONCERN
