CPU runs too hot??? What can i do?

Hi, i've recently upgraded both of my PCs , spec is as follow

Comp 1

CPU: INTEL E7200 c0 stepping, with zalman 9500 HSF 45C idle, 57C load
Mobo: Asus P5Q-E 43C idle, 47C load
RAM: Crucial Ballistix 1GB x 4 sticks
GPU: EVGA 8800gts 320MB 51C idle, 60C load

Comp 2

CPU: AMD 5000+ BE G2, with zalman 9500 HSF 38C idle, 60C load
Mobo: Asus M2N-SLI Deluxe 43C idle, 49C load
RAM: Corsair SMS2 2x2 GB
GPU: Gigabyte HD3870 512MB 34C idle, 43C load

This is according to everest ULtimate edition 4.20.1201.

I have tried to have my side panel off for both of my computers, but the result is only 1C difference. I wonder what is causing the problem. I had a thermaltake HSF before (the blue orb one) and it kept my old e6600 at 46-47C even on hot days on after hours of gaming. There should be almost no reason I am getting this kind of temp. (BOTH PC ARE RUNNING STOCK SPEED and have 120mm fan in the case)

I tried to reapply the thermal grease, (artic silver 5) couple of time on both of the pc, but no luck. I squeeze a rice size artic silver and spread it out very thinly on the cpu and made sure it's even before i put my HSF on. So guys, what am i doing wrong here? Any idea???

(P.S. i made sure i cleaned the cpu and the HSF thoroughly with the artic cleaner and i only apply the artic silver on the cpu)

The AMD temps are normal.

The Intel is way too high. It should be in the 30s. Everest may be reading it wrong. Go directly into BIOS setup and PC Health to check the BIOS temp readings to verify.

I've swapped the memory around, and my intel motherboard temp is stable around 45C even at full load. However, these crucial ballistix 4 x1gb are making so much heat.

I'm using this case
Newegg.com - Thermaltake Tsunami VA3000BNA Black Aluminum ATX Mid Tower Computer Case - Computer Cases

and i'm looking forward to either buy
Newegg.com - Thermaltake Cyclo CL-R0023 Fans - Memory & Chipset Cooling

or this one

Newegg.com - OCZ OCZTXTCC Memory Cooler For both DDR1 & DDR2 - Memory & Chipset Cooling

any input on what i should do to reduce the heat from these 4 stick of ram?? I like the speed these things put out, it out perform my consair xms by like 2000mb on read and write.

The second one will be noisy.

I prefer a huge Zalman CPU cooler. It keeps the entire area around the CPU cool:

Newegg.com - ZALMAN CNPS 8700 NT 110mm 2 Ball CPU Cooler - CPU Fans & Heatsinks
