Looking for new 775 MB

OK I have an Asus P5K-E/Wifi-AP running a Q6600 and 4 gigs of 1066 memory, using vista ultimate 64bit,

it sucks, it keeps shutting down processes and restarting them, no BSODS
vista says P35 chipset not working well with Vista, I have all the latest drivers installed, starting to irritate me, maybe time for new board better suited for Vista,

so heres the deal, I need a new MB with these specs,

6 SATA 3.0 ports
Raid 0\1\5
socket 775 Q6600
memory DDR2-1066 standard (not OC'ed)
works well with Vista 64BIT os,

please not anything with the P35 chipset,

any price, although $200 would be good,

if anybody using Vista 64Bit knows a good board please let me know,

thanks,

I have a spare sata drive, and vista 32bit i'm thinking of installing the 32bit see if it works better than the 64bit does,

problem is it's activated on another computer so it will only run for three days and I don't know if it will install SP1 without being activated, XP sure is better having 30 days to activate,

you know I really don't see much of a difference between 32 and 64 bit as far as speed goes, other than 64 being able to use more memory, I think I will load the 32 bit see what happens

There isn't a difference in speed unless you're running hard to find 64bit applications

I have my own copy of ultimate, thats whats running now, I built my sister a computer with vista home premium, thats the 32 bit version I have,

I have the home disk with the key,

I can't install it right now anyway, I also built a computer for the girlfriend and took the floppy drive and my DVD rom out of here to use in her box, I figured I would just get new ones later, I still have my DVD burner in here,

now the problem is even when I shut the sata raid off it still needs sata drivers or it don't see the drive, now vista will look for drivers on any drive,
but asus only made a program called make disk to put sata drivers on a floppy drive only, that also seems rather stupid to me, why not let the drivers be put on any drive, so vista can look at any drive,
