Help with Computer performance and M/B selection

I'm considering to buy this motherboard

I just want to know if for 40 bucks if its good buy, I already have a Tualatin 1.3GHz and ill just have to get another one.

I chose this one because its the only dual core I could find with an AGP slot, its a 4x.

Any recommendations on a good 4x AGP video card? And a specific type of RAM needed to run this motherboard?

That's a dual-processor board which is different then a dual core

And your cpu is a Celeron...Good luck finding a second one...
