from the reviews this motherboard sounds great GIGABYTE GA-EP45C-DS3R but does anyone have any cons about it here?

HINT - posting links to the specs is a good idea. Keeps ALL of the reponding people from having to go out and search for them...

As I mentioned in your other thread it really depends on what you are matching it with and what you plan on doing with it. If you aren't OC'ing and aren't running faster memory you could buy something cheaper that would be just as well suited

In this case if you don't need DDR3 support you can get the same board cheaper after rebate Newegg.com - GIGABYTE GA-EP45-DS3R LGA 775 Intel P45 ATX Intel Motherboard - Intel Motherboards

or even this board which is almost identical except the southbridge which is ICH10 vs ICH10R which AFAIK means no raid support

eh but i do need the ddr3 support im getting ddr3 sticks and if i didnt OC my computer it would just be a waste of money to buy a quad core and ddr3 sticks so i am OCing
