P4MAM2-V Mobo Support For Dual Monitors?

I have MSI P4MAM2-V mobo and cannot see two graphics adapters when I boot Win Vista. Both adapters work fine -NVIDIA GeForce4 Ti 4200 in AGP slot, and on-board S3 Graphics ProSavageDDR. When I remove the NVIDIA card, the on-board VGA adapter works, when I install NVIDIA card, only NVIDIA adapter works. I can only see one adapter at a time in device mgr. I've reset BIOS and looked for relevant settings. Option in BIOS allows for selection of preferred video of PCI or APG. No mention in the manual of support for dual monitors. O/S was a clean install -not upgraded. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated...

You normally can't use the onboard and AGP slot at the same time...Simple solution is to get a video card with two monitor support.
