~ BIOS Boot Order ~

hey

My computer wont start up right anymore after i put in a new hdd then took it out, i think i stuffed up the boot order, what order is it suppose to be in?
it says:
"Boot from CD/DVD: Disk failure insert system disk and press enter"



Any ideas on what the problem could be?what should be first second and third in the boot order? i heard it checks the first then the second etc but it didn't pick up anything when i tried putting things in a different order..Theres nothing in the cd drive either, iunno what else to do.

When you start-up your PC it says "BOOT FAILURE"?

did you get your problem fix?..try change the boot order to boot
first to CD-ROM in the BIOS>>>put your Vista disk in drive [ OS ? ]
boot computer and do a repair

if the repair don't work try the Bootrec.exe tool
