Don't know whether I'm even in BIOS...
One of the recommended solutions to my ongoing TS3 problem is that I disable the onboard graphics since I have just installed a new video card.
That is supposed to be done in BIOS. However, there are two problems:
1. I don't even know if the screen I'm getting to is the BIOS screen (I press F2 before the main operating system kicks in, which is what you're supposed to do on Optiplex GX270 systems). My BIOS version is the Phoenix ROM BIOS PLUS Version 1.10 A06.
2. Even if this is the right place, I have no idea what to change to disable onboard graphics. (Whether this is, in fact, the problem is another matter entirely - look it up on the other thread "The Sims 3 is fail... or is it my computer?").
Help?

Phoenix Bios ROM should be the PC's Bios.
it'll either be, Phoenix, Award or possibly AMI. I think those are the 3 most common BIOS companies for PC's.
but if you can get some clear pictures of the bios screens so we can read the options, might be able to help with that.i7 940//Corsair H60//EVGA X58 SLI LE//6GB Corsair Vengeance 1600MHz//2x EVGA GTX 560 Ti FPB SLI//NZXT Hale82 850W//CM 690 II Advanced//Win7 64//WD 74GB V-raptor, 750GB Black, 1.5TB Green
