new mobo for current build

hi guys i am looking for a new mobo thats compatible with the ancilliary parts that i already have, i found this one and would like an opinion on it please, bearing in mind i am on a tight budget
Asrock 4CORE1600TWINS-P35 P35/ICH9 Socket 775 Motherboard - Aria Technology

i have found it cheaper on another site but they do not have the specs on site so not much point putting a link to it

what i want to connect to it is as follows:
intel core2duo e6300
4gb ddr2 667 (1x 2gb, 2x 1gb)
ati radeon hd 2600 pro 512mb
320gb WD SATA hard drive
200gb WD SATA hard drive
and eventually a 1tb SATA hard drive
