ASUS P2L97
Does anyone know if the ASUS P2L97 motherboard can be upgraded to
support usb 2.0 and if so HOW?

Or something similar to that. Make sure you have a spare PCI slot on your motherboard that your not using.

Thank you for the quick reply KarmaKiller--but
I have a 4+1 pci card made by ultra and when installing it with the included
disk it wants to see a VIA 1.1 host controller before it will install. I've tried a number of ways to install this but to no avail. I even loaded win XP on the system and it doesn't even see the pci card. I think it has something to do with the
440LX chipset but I'm just guessing.The next thing I plan to try is to place the
card in a different puter to make sure it's not the card itself.
