    boot from CD-ROM in chipset via P4M800 pro ,2 the max

     
    Hi,
    I set the BIOS to boot from CD_ROM in motherboard via P4M800 pro ,2 the max.BUt it still boot from HD .I have already insert the win-XP CD in CD-rom already . Why ?? Any suggestion ???

    One spec of dust on the cd or in the cd drive can cause this.

    Do you have press any key to boot from CD ROM? Many BOIS ask this before booting from CDs
