    Motherboard + power suply

    Hi!

There's a little issue that's driving me crazy...

I have an ASUS P7P55D-LE motherboard with and 8-pin EATX12V connector that the user's manual urges me to power plug (it states that if not the system won't boot)

On the other hand, i have a Coolermaster Extreme Power Plus 600w which has a 20-pin + 4-pin (both already connected to the motherboard) and two 4-pin connectors...

Am I suppose to connect those two 4-pin into the 8-pin EATX12V ?

I know it's a stupid question, but it's my first time building a pc and i want to make sure :$

    Thanks in advanced!

Yes you use the two yellow wired side by side 4 pin connectors as seen here eXtreme Power Plus 600W - Cooler Master
