What mobo should I pair my Phenom II with??

I am planning on building my own desktop for intensive multimedia editing with the AMD Phenom II X4 955 BE and was wondering what would be the best $100-$125 motherboard to pair with this CPU? Thank you!

More info would help. Such as, do you already have the memory? If not, what kind were you going to get DDR2 or DDR3? Do you already have a graphics card you will be using or did you want a motherboard with onboard video?
Cause there are alot of good boards out there.
