Zotac 9300 doesnt boot!!

Hello all you people out there.

Today I got a Zotac 9300 itx mainboard and I`ve got one problem: It doesn`t boot properly.
I tried to find the problem in the bios, but i couldn`t find something. I also tried 3 different CPU`s on that, starting with a celeron which should work on every BIOS version, but it failed. BIOS POST runs normally but then it sais: Verifying DMI Pool data...... and it freezes...does anyone know what I can do to make that board run?

This error is associated with not having a proper bootable disk, either a bad drive or something like that.

Since this is a new board, I assume you're going to load a fresh installation of the operating system. So you should have the BIOS set to boot from the CD drive with your operating system disc in the drive.

ehm sry...but i alreeady tried it with operation systems etc....the problem is, this isn`t a new board...it a used one.i already disabled every controller on the board except for cpu, SMbus and the display controller(which should be disabled by putting an external gpu in, what i did)...
