difference between the epox 8k3a+ and 8k3a

Is the addition of RAID compatibility on the 8k3a+ the only difference? Because I won't be using RAID, and the price difference isn't great, but it's nice nonetheless.
If it is the only difference, it would seem pointless paying the extra cash for a feature I would most likely never use. Any help would be great.

The 8k3a+ also has 6-channel audio.

I think you can also configure the RAID controler to act as a standard IDE controler card, so you can add more IDE devices if you want... I'm not positive about that, but I did read that somewhere on here though.
