none of your links are working, they link to the site but no products.
most of the 9800GT's are the same so only price difference and Heatsink design that will matter, the stock Core speed of the 9800GT is 600Mhz, there are some lower powered revisions that run at 550MHz, and are a bit less in performance.
Based on the Mobo descriptions, the first one, with the AMD 880 Chipset would be the best, newest and most upgradable of them, though with out seeing the boards or the links for them, can't say for certain (features of the boards)
8800GT is the same as the 9800GT, the latter was just a rebadged 8800GT.
9600GT is a step down.i7 940//Corsair H60//EVGA X58 SLI LE//6GB Corsair Vengeance 1600MHz//2x EVGA GTX 560 Ti FPB SLI//NZXT Hale82 850W//CM 690 II Advanced//Win7 64//WD 74GB V-raptor, 750GB Black, 1.5TB Green

To be totally honest as long as whichever board you pick has the features you want/need its not going to make much difference. As Shy said the one based on the 880 chipset is going to be the newest of all the ones you listed so likely the best option but from the looks of the rest of the boards they are going to provide the same performance, upgrade ability ect.

so none of these has a better ranking or slight advantage when it comes to games..?
if i were to sum up what i want to do on my pc iti would be
APB reloaded.
requires a q6600 , with 8600GT and 6gb of ram.
i want it to be able to play any game at the moment with good FPS.

APB does not require a Quad core. NO Game out there today Requires one.
It may be RECOMMENDED, but there's a huge difference between Recommended and Required.
If a Game requires a Quad core, I can almost guarantee it will need more than a 8600GT for a video card.
I think your completely confused in what you need.
to play any game at the moment with good fps.
Its less dependent on the motherboard, and more so on the CPU, RAM, and Video card you have.
System Requirements as per this site: APB: Reloaded System Requirements and APB: Reloaded Requirements for PC Games
Note the small text with an * before it?
* System requirements displayed are based on recommended system requirements and should be used as a guide only.
So No, you will not NEED a Quad core. but your other specs aren't right either.
you list 8600GT as needed, but in fact it shows 8800GTS, and there is a HUGE performance difference between a 8600GT and a 8800GTS.
they list 4GB, you list 6GB.
There is NO game now that requires 4GB of RAM, let alone 6GB.
In fact on the Developers Blog site, they post a method for players/testers to use more than 3GB or so of RAM for the game, and its USE AT YOUR OWN RISK... which means the game does not officially support or need more than 2 or 3GB of RAM.
APB Reloaded
Which means the game is coded at default to only use 2GB of RAM.For MOST Vista-32 and Win 7-32 systems, especially if you have 4GB of Ram we continue to highly recommend TRYING (at your own risk) the bcdedit /set IncreaseUserVa 3072 command (here is a great reference from Autodesk which uses the same trick for AutoCad and 3DS Max on 32-bit systems). This command will increase addressable application space from 2048MB (default) to 3072MB, minus any memory mapped devices (such as graphics cards). Unfortunately it also means if you have a large memory mapped device (such as 1GB graphics card) this setting could cause conflicts. Some players have reported success when using a slightly smaller amount - in particular bcdedit /set IncreaseUserVa 2560, which sets the user-mode (program) address memory to 2560MB, which often seems to be enough to keep APB and it's very large world happy for a few hours. Here is the Microsoft reference on the bcdedit /set command. Again - try all these commands at your own risk (or go the proven route and upgrade to 64-bit Windows 7, which is clearly the preferred route).
The motherboard to choose would/should be based on Price, features (number of ports for USB, SATA, etc) and upgrades/future expandability.
the motherboard with the 880G chipset is the latest offering and best features.
but ANY of the ones you listed will support just about any video card on the market, and almost Any Current AMD CPU (as long as its an AM3 Socket Compatible Board)
Features wise, the ASROCK board has the best, 6 SATA ports, Supports AMD 6 Core. Uses DDR3.
All the boards are limited to 2 RAM Slots, so DO NOT buy a Dual Stick Kit, Dual channel will not get you a significant boost, and its better to just get a single 4GB stick and leave the 2nd slot open for upgrades down the road.
If needed.
Make sure to get 64-bit Windows.
As to the Video cards, the 9800GT will only be a hair faster than the 8800GT, but at their core, their the same cards.
Also depending on WHICH 8800GTS they meant in the recommended requirements for the game, (there was the old original 320MB and 640MB 8800GTS, and then there was the newer 256MB, 512MB and 1GB 8800GTS), the latter is more powerful than the 9800GT, but the 9800GT is more powerful than the old GTS was.
Just make sure your case is not too small for future GPU upgrades, make sure you have a good QUALITY brand Power supply, plenty of case cooling/ventilation, and you should be fine.
What CPU are you looking at putting into this rig? An AMD Triple core, or Quad core would be fine. AMD Athlon II X3 or X4 Series, those are all under $100 USD price range.i7 940//Corsair H60//EVGA X58 SLI LE//6GB Corsair Vengeance 1600MHz//2x EVGA GTX 560 Ti FPB SLI//NZXT Hale82 850W//CM 690 II Advanced//Win7 64//WD 74GB V-raptor, 750GB Black, 1.5TB Green
