Mobo voltage stress

I have a 80x80x25 12V case fan plugged into my motherboard already, and a 12V case fan that can either connect to the mobo or the PSU. Also, my CPU fan is just another case fan mounted on a heatsink, so it has a motherboard plug and a PSU cord. If I plug all three of these fans into the mobo is that over-stressing it? Motherboard is a new Soyo Kt400 Dragon Ultra. I would plug them all into the PSU, but then you don't get RPM ratings. Since both fans hae a 3-pin AND a 4-pin, maybe there is a way to splice the RPM cord off and run that to the mobo and then run the power and ground to the PSU.... hmmmm food for thought.

the mobo plug on the fan with mobo plug and molex plug isnt for power its for monitoring its so the bios can read the rpms and stuff from the fan and report it back to you. it wont stress your psu, you dont have to plug the 3 pin in anyway. i used one molex connector for 2 fans. I simply wired them in parallel using a speaker jack that way i can remove them.
