NLX asus-sp98n??

I got this nlx case and mb from a guy on ebay at what i thought was a good deal but i can't get the board to power up.. I've tested the power supply and it tested good...I have no idea. anyone have any suggestions please

Did you test the MoBo with CPU and memory plugged? are you sure they`re working right?
Any beeps?
Double check that everything is attached properly.

I tested with the cpu on with and without memory but didn't take out the cpu, never really thought about it, but no no beeps it won't even power up.

well I found part of the problem was a bad p.s. even though it was tested good it wouldn't pwer the mobo so i used the one from my other computer. Board powers but won't post this means the bios is dead right? All jumpers have been set to defualt and everything has been removed. no error beeps nothing. Just a blank screen I've also had the problem with my other computer.

so that leds to my next question bios replacement.
